1. Substrate Material Requirements

The kraft paper material used should be made from 100% virgin wood pulp high-stretch kraft paper, free from impurities and odors.

2. Structural and Process Technical Requirements

Valve Design: The valve position deviation must be within 3mm, with a width ranging from 80 to 100mm (customizable). The tolerance allowed is ±1mm. The valve sleeve material should preferably be polyethylene laminated kraft paper. Enhanced valves must successfully pass load-bearing tests.

Bag Making Process: Both ends of the bag body should be aligned, folded, and pasted smoothly. The bottom should be reinforced with kraft paper covering. Stitching must be uniform, without skipped stitches or gaps. The glued bottom should be strong, with no glue failure or detachment. The bag body must be free of creases and damage.

3. Performance Technical Requirements

Load-Bearing Capacity: Products rated for 25kg must withstand three free drops from a height of 1.2 meters without damage or leakage. Products rated for 50kg must pass a drop test from 0.8 meters, and have a static load capacity exceeding 50kg.

Printing Requirements: Eco-friendly inks must be used, free of odors and color fading. The deviation in printed information position should be within 5mm. Patterns and text must be clear and legible, complying with relevant environmental and industry standards.
